Although some restrictions in some places have been lifted, we will continue to run with a booking system for visiting the museum, for the foreseeable future. This not only protects our staff, and you, but means that we can continue to run the museum efficiently and cost effectively with the limited people resource we have. We are most grateful to all our customers for your understanding and your continued support.
All tickets must, therefore, be pre-booked and pre-purchased, and we must take your name and phone number for track and trace procedures.
Tickets cost £5 each (ie Adults, Children and Concessions (babes in arms are free). Valid Season Ticket Holders should call 01671 820357 during opening hours.
There are two daily sessions – 10am until 12.30pm and 1.30pm until 4.00pm – you are respectfully asked to abide by these times and access all areas of the museum within them.
We also respectfully remind you that, in Scotland, the wearing of face masks indoors is still mandatory.
We do not take bookings for the tearoom – please feel free to give us a call if you want to check how busy we are (01671 820357).
PLEASE NOTE that the museum and shop will be closed between 12.30 and 1.30 pm to allow for cleaning, but the tearoom will remain open.
